Architectural Designer (AD) meets with you at your home to begin the conversation around project scope, goals and budget.
CONCEPTUAL PLANS & ESTIMATE REVIEW
DESIGN & FEASIBILITY STUDIES

Design solutions crafted. We use space planning and 3D software to help envision how your project will look in real life, as well as account for existing conditions and overall constructibility.

A detailed estimate, including customized material allowances, is carefully crafted and reviewed to ensure a realistic preliminary budget for your entire project.
START OF PLAN
PROPOSED PLAN | SCOPE & ESTIMATE

Preliminary approvals on overall design plans and scope.

Changes and refinements from this point onward are welcomed and encouraged. We understand that projects evolve, and there will be no additional 'Change Order' fees incurred for making adjustments along the way.
