Custom Living helped us after we purchased a new house that we wanted to update in a few different ways. As always, they were very responsive, always getting back to us immediately. They also were fantastic about making sure that the project rolled along steadily with almost no down-time. Finally, as various unexpected issues came to the surface with our house (i.e., rotting joist we didn't know about, plumbing that wasn't quite right, etc.), the Custom Living team jumped into action immediately, bringing in all different trades we needed right away. We never had to worry about a thing - they took care of everything! I recommend them to all of my friends who are considering any type of renovation project, and we will absolutely hire them again in the future as we begin additional projects.

We hired Tom and his group to do a complete kitchen remodel. After 18 years in our house, it was time for an update. We had previously worked with other contractors on various projects around our house and had not been enthused with any until now. Working with Custom Living was a great experience. Our project took our entire kitchen down to the studs and rebuilt it in a different configuration than the original. My family chose to remain in the house for the duration of the remodel, making our primary living space in the basement. Understanding our desire to stay in the house, Custom Living took great care and installed temporary walls with plastic around the job site to minimize the migration of dust throughout the rest of the house. Communication before, during and after the project was excellent, there was never a day where my wife or I wondered who or if anyone would be showing up to do work on any given day. The schedule was set up from the beginning and consistently updated based on real time progress. Not only did Tom understand our vision for our new kitchen, his input and experience helped us better understand how to achieve the look we wanted as well as improve the functionality of the space. The project came in on time, on budget and best of all there were no surprises. We couldn't be happier with the entire experience.
