You’ll also receive a detailed, vetted estimate with custom material allowances—giving you a clear picture of your preliminary budget.
Once concepts and budgets are aligned, we build a comprehensive project plan: defining scope, estimate, and key selections as we get set for pre-construction.
You’ll meet your full core team—Architectural Designer (AD), Interior Designer (ID), and Project Manager (PM).
Your ID coordinates shopping trips to select every last finish detail and make your space truly yours, while our Project Managers and internal team work to coordinate site walks with trusted trade partners, assembling the dream team for your project.
At this stage, quotes from partners are finalized, materials are ordered, and your construction documents and budget are confirmed for ordering and scheduling.
We hold an on-site team huddle to review key logistics: timelines, communication protocols, vendor coordination, and expectations. This sets the stage for a smooth and confident start to construction.
Construction officially begins! Weekly on-site meetings with your core team ensure transparency and momentum—reviewing progress, surfacing decisions, and addressing any challenges early.
You’ll also stay connected through our online portal, along with a shared text and email thread for real-time updates and coordination.
As the project nears completion, we maintain a running list of final details to ensure everything meets expectations. We also coordinate a thorough construction clean. It’s nearly time to start living in your new space!
Once complete, we host a close-out meeting in your home. We’ll walk you through the final documents, warranties, and care instructions to help you protect and enjoy your space for years to come.
