Our boutique commercial division specializes in building distinctive spaces for restaurants, cafés, and hospitality-driven brands. We partner with architects and engineers to turn approved drawings into a finished space — managing construction, budget, and schedule so the atmosphere your designer imagined is the one your guests walk into.

Custom Living's architectural designers are not registered architects, and Custom Living does not offer architectural services that require an Indiana architecture license. Where a project requires a registered architect or professional engineer, we work with a licensed design professional.
